1. About the Product

Genshin Impact is an open-world adventure RPG developed by HoYoverse. Genesis Crystals are a paid in-game currency that can be converted into Primogems according to the game’s rules. Primogems can also be obtained through quests, events, and other in-game activities.

Blessing of the Welkin Moon is a time-limited daily reward product that requires players to log in during its validity period to claim Primogems. Chronal Nexus is a separate paid currency used in Miliastra Wonderland and is not the same as Genesis Crystals or Primogems.

2. What It Can Be Used For

Genesis Crystals

• Convert them into Primogems according to the game’s rules.
• Purchase selected in-game bundles or paid content.
• Use the converted Primogems for Wishes and other supported game features.

Blessing of the Welkin Moon

Each purchase immediately grants 300 Genesis Crystals and 30 days of Blessing of the Welkin Moon. During these 30 days, you can claim 90 Primogems each day by logging in to the game.

Important information:

1. The Blessing can only be purchased and extended when its remaining duration is 180 days or less.
2. You cannot purchase another Blessing if the remaining duration exceeds 180 days. If a duplicate purchase occurs under exceptional circumstances, the duration will not be extended and 330 Genesis Crystals will be granted as compensation.
3. Daily Primogems missed because you did not log in during the validity period will not be reissued or refunded.
4. Travelers below Adventure Rank 5 may temporarily be unable to view the remaining duration of the Blessing.

Chronal Nexus

• Used for selected paid content in Genshin Impact’s Miliastra Wonderland.
• Used to purchase supported outfits and other items from the Miliastra Shop.
• Can be exchanged for Arcane Keystones for use in the Wishes system, subject to the game’s rules.
• Chronal Nexus and Genesis Crystals are separate currencies and cannot be used interchangeably.

3. Check Before Top-Up

Before payment, confirm that:

1. You selected the correct product type: Genesis Crystals, Blessing of the Welkin Moon, or Chronal Nexus.
2. The SKU amount and purchase quantity are correct.
3. The UID belongs to the character that should receive the top-up.
4. The selected server exactly matches the character’s in-game server.
5. The character belongs to the international version of Genshin Impact and not a Mainland China server. Make sure you select the correct server.
6. If purchasing Genesis Crystals, you have checked the character’s current first-purchase bonus status.
7. If purchasing Blessing of the Welkin Moon, its remaining duration meets the purchase requirements.

4. Delivery & Missing Top-Up

After payment is confirmed, the product will be delivered directly to the character associated with the submitted UID and server. Most orders are completed quickly, but system, network, or supplier delays may extend the delivery time.

If the product has not arrived:

1. Check whether the order status shows “Completed.”
2. Log out of Genshin Impact and log in again to refresh the balance.
3. Confirm that the character’s UID and server match the order information.
4. Check the Genesis Crystal balance, Blessing of the Welkin Moon status, or Chronal Nexus balance in Miliastra Wonderland.
5. If the product is still missing, contact UUTOP Support and provide the order number, UID, server, purchased SKU, and relevant in-game screenshots.

Do not place another order for the same SKU while the original order is still being processed.

5. Important Notes

• This is a direct UID top-up. No redemption code will be provided. Make sure you select the correct server.
• Genesis Crystals, Blessing of the Welkin Moon, and Chronal Nexus are different products and cannot be exchanged after purchase.
• The first-purchase double bonus for Genesis Crystals depends on the character’s current eligibility and is not available for every order.
• Open “Paimon Menu → Shop → Crystal Top-Up” to check whether the selected tier still displays the first-purchase double bonus.
• First-purchase bonus eligibility may be reset during official events. The in-game display at the time of purchase takes precedence.
• Daily 90 Primogems missed during the Blessing’s validity period will not be reissued, and the validity period will not be extended.
• Another Blessing may not be purchased or added if the remaining duration exceeds 180 days.
• An incorrect UID, server, or SKU may cause the product to be delivered to the wrong character.
• Once a top-up has been successfully delivered, it cannot be canceled, transferred, or refunded.
• Product contents, bonuses, and purchase restrictions may change. The information shown on the purchase page and in the game at the time of purchase takes precedence.

6. Security Reminder

To complete a Genshin Impact top-up, you only need to enter the correct game UID and select the correct server. UUTOP will never ask for your HoYoverse account password, email password, SMS verification code, email verification code, or OTP.

Never share your account password or verification code with anyone. If someone asks for your login credentials in order to assist with a top-up, stop immediately and contact UUTOP Support for verification.

Q: Is this a redemption code or a direct top-up?
A: This is a direct top-up. The product will be delivered to the character associated with the submitted UID and server. No redemption code will be provided.

Q: What information is required for the top-up?
A: You only need to enter the correct game UID and select the correct server. No account password or verification code is required.

Q: Can I top up a friend’s Genshin Impact character?
A: Yes. Ask your friend to confirm the correct UID, server, and required SKU, and make sure you have their permission.

Q: Will every Genesis Crystal purchase receive the first-purchase double bonus?
A: No. The double bonus depends on the character’s current eligibility for the selected tier. Check the Crystal Top-Up page in the game. UUTOP cannot guarantee that an account qualifies for the first-purchase bonus.

Q: Can Blessing of the Welkin Moon be purchased more than once?
A: It can be purchased again and extended when the official duration requirements are met. Check the remaining number of days before purchasing. You may not be able to purchase another Blessing if more than 180 days remain.

Q: Will the 90 daily Primogems be reissued if I miss a day?
A: No. The 90 Primogems for that day will be forfeited, and the Blessing’s validity period will not be extended.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Processing begins after payment is confirmed, and most orders are completed quickly. System or network delays may require additional time. Check the order status for the latest information.

Q: What should I do if I entered the wrong UID or selected the wrong server?
A: Contact UUTOP Support immediately. If delivery has not started, the support team will help check the order. If the product has already been delivered to the submitted character, it cannot be canceled, transferred, or refunded.

Q: The order shows “Completed,” but I cannot see the product in the game. What should I do?
A: Log in to the game again and confirm that the UID, server, and balance location are correct. If the product still does not appear, send UUTOP Support the order number, UID, server, SKU, and relevant in-game screenshots.

Q: Can Genesis Crystals and Chronal Nexus be converted into each other?
A: No. Genesis Crystals are used for Genshin Impact’s main game content, while Chronal Nexus is used in Miliastra Wonderland. They are separate paid currencies.
