1. About the Product

Honkai: Star Rail is a space fantasy RPG developed by HoYoverse. Players board the Astral Express, travel across different worlds, and experience turn-based combat through combinations of characters, Light Cones, Relics, and team formations.

This product supports direct top-up of Oneiric Shards and the Express Supply Pass for the global version of Honkai: Star Rail. Only a valid game UID and the correct server are required. No account password is needed.

2. What It Can Be Used For

Oneiric Shards

• Oneiric Shards are a premium currency in Honkai: Star Rail.
• They can be converted into Stellar Jade at a 1:1 ratio according to the game rules.
• Stellar Jade can be used to obtain Star Rail Special Passes, Star Rail Passes, and other supported in-game items.
• Oneiric Shards may also be used to purchase eligible bundles, outfits, or other paid content.
• Different packs may include a first-time top-up bonus or a standard bonus. The actual amount received is subject to the purchase page and in-game display.

Express Supply Pass

Each Express Supply Pass purchase immediately grants 300 Oneiric Shards and extends the pass duration by 30 days.

While the pass is active, log in every day to receive 90 Stellar Jade. The daily reward resets at 4:00 AM according to the game server time.

Important Rules:

1. You may purchase another Express Supply Pass when the remaining duration is less than 179 days.
2. Additional purchases are normally unavailable when the remaining duration reaches or exceeds 179 days.
3. If a duplicate purchase occurs under special circumstances while the remaining duration is at least 179 days, the duration will not be extended and 330 Oneiric Shards will be granted instead.
4. Daily Stellar Jade missed because you did not log in will not be reissued, refunded, or carried forward.

3. Check Before Top-Up

Before payment, confirm that:

1. The selected product type is correct: Oneiric Shards or Express Supply Pass.

3. The entered UID belongs to the character that should receive the top-up.
4. The selected server exactly matches the character’s actual server.

8. The remaining Express Supply Pass duration is less than 179 days before purchasing another pass.

4. Delivery & Missing Top-Up

After payment is confirmed, the product will be delivered directly to the character associated with the submitted UID and server. Most orders are completed quickly, but system, network, or supplier delays may require additional processing time.

If the product has not arrived:

1. Check whether the order status shows “Completed.”
2. Log out of Honkai: Star Rail and log in again to refresh the balance and benefit status.
3. Confirm that the character UID and server match the order information.
4. For an Oneiric Shard order, check the Oneiric Shard balance.
5. For an Express Supply Pass order, check the remaining pass duration and Oneiric Shard balance.
6. If the product is still missing, contact UUTOP Support and provide the order number, UID, server, purchased SKU, and relevant in-game screenshots.

Do not purchase the same SKU again while the original order is still being processed.

5. Important Notes

• This is a UID and server direct top-up product. No redemption code will be provided.
• Oneiric Shards and the Express Supply Pass are different products and cannot be exchanged after purchase.
• The first-time double bonus is normally determined separately for each character and top-up tier. It does not apply to every purchase.
• If the selected tier is no longer eligible for the first-time double bonus, the amount received will normally consist of the base amount and the standard bonus shown on the page.
• First-time bonus eligibility may be reset during official events or version updates. Check the in-game and purchase-page information before payment.
• The daily 90 Stellar Jade from the Express Supply Pass must be claimed by logging in while the pass is active.
• Missed daily rewards will not be reissued, and the pass duration will not be extended.
