How to Redeem Honkai Star Rail Codes
HSR code redemption becomes available after you create a character and complete the early Trailblaze Mission “The Blue — A Moment of Peace.” This mission unlocks the in-game mailbox required to receive redemption rewards.
You can claim Honkai Star Rail codes through the official website or the in-game redemption menu.
Redeem Codes on the Official Website
The official website works across mobile and desktop browsers and is the required method for players who do not have an in-game redemption option.
- Open the official Honkai: Star Rail redemption website.
- Sign in with the HoYoverse account connected to your character.
- Select the server on which you play.
- Confirm that the displayed character name is correct.
- Paste an active HSR redeem code into the Redemption Code field.
- Select Redeem.
- Launch Honkai: Star Rail and collect the rewards from your mailbox.

Why Is My HSR Redeem Code Not Working?
A failed HSR code redemption can have several causes. Check the exact error message before trying the code again.
The code has expired
General promotional codes may also expire without advance notice. A code appearing on an older list does not guarantee that it still works.
The code was entered incorrectly
Copy and paste the code whenever possible. Remove any spaces before or after it and check similar-looking characters such as:
- The number 0 and the letter O
- The number 1 and the letter I
- The number 5 and the letter S
- The number 8 and the letter B
- If a pasted code fails, clear the full field and paste it again.
The code was already redeemed
Each redemption code can normally be claimed only once per account or character. Re-entering a code will not issue another copy of its rewards.
