Official Statement on Unauthorized Impersonation of UUTOP

UUTOP has recently received reports and enquiries concerning certain websites, social media accounts, organizations and individuals that have used UUTOP’s name, trademarks, logos and brand materials without authorization. These parties may impersonate UUTOP, UUTOP employees or authorized UUTOP representatives to publish false information, sell digital products of unknown origin, or request payments and personal information from users under various pretexts.

Such activities may result in financial losses and the disclosure of personal information, while seriously damaging UUTOP’s brand reputation and lawful interests. To clarify the matter and protect our users, UUTOP hereby issues the following statement:

1. Official UUTOP Channels and Scope of Authorization

Except for the official UUTOP channels listed in this statement and authorized partners expressly announced by UUTOP or verifiable through official means, UUTOP has not authorized any website, account, organization or individual to:

Impersonate UUTOP or conduct business on behalf of UUTOP;
Sell digital products in the name of UUTOP;
Collect payments on behalf of UUTOP;
Request users’ passwords, verification codes, bank card information or other sensitive information in the name of UUTOP; or
Use UUTOP’s name, trademarks, logos, website content or brand materials for promotional or transactional purposes.

If users are redirected to a third-party payment service provider during the payment process, the payment page must be accessed directly through UUTOP’s official checkout process. 2. Unauthorized Use of the UUTOP Brand

Demand that the unauthorized use of the UUTOP brand cease and that the relevant content be removed;
Report the matter to payment service providers, domain service providers and regulatory authorities;
Issue formal notices through legal counsel; and
Take further legal action under applicable law.

UUTOP reserves all rights to pursue legal action against the responsible organizations and individuals.

Any account, website or contact method not listed in this statement or on the official UUTOP website should not be regarded as an official UUTOP channel. 4. Advertising and Promotional Partnerships

UUTOP may cooperate with price-comparison websites, advertising platforms, content creators, affiliate marketing platforms and other promotional partners.

Unless a partner has been expressly identified by UUTOP as an authorized sales channel, such cooperation is generally limited to promotion and traffic referral. A request to transfer funds to a personal bank account, private e-wallet or unidentified receiving account;
A payment link sent separately through a messaging application without a corresponding official UUTOP order;
A request to pay using gift cards, reload codes or cryptocurrencies;
An unusually low price, substantial discount or urgent “limited-time offer” intended to pressure you into making an immediate payment;
A request for account passwords, SMS verification codes, payment verification codes, complete bank card information or card security codes;
A request to install remote-access software or share your mobile phone or computer screen;
A domain name, account name, profile image, logo or page design that resembles UUTOP;
A person claiming to be a UUTOP employee or authorized representative who refuses to verify their identity through an official channel;
A request to send purchased reload codes, PINs, gift card codes or account information to an unknown person; or
A claim that purchasing digital products will result in a refund, commission, investment return, account release, completion of a work task or receipt of a prize.

UUTOP will not ask users to provide passwords, verification codes, gift card codes or other sensitive information to any unknown person.

6. Reporting Impersonation and Fraud

If you discover any website, account, advertisement, payment link or individual impersonating UUTOP, or anyone using the UUTOP brand without authorization to collect payments or request personal information, please send the relevant evidence to:

The name, account details and contact information used by the suspected party;

To protect your personal information, please do not include complete bank card numbers, account passwords, SMS verification codes or card security codes in your report.

UUTOP will investigate the information received and, where necessary, submit reports and supporting evidence to the relevant platforms, payment service providers, domain service providers, regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

UUTOP will continue to take appropriate measures to protect the safety of its users, its brand reputation and its lawful interests.
