Zenless Zone Zero is an urban fantasy action RPG developed by HoYoverse. Players take on the role of a Proxy, explore New Eridu and the Hollows, assemble teams of Agents, and progress through systems involving Agents, W-Engines, Drive Discs, and Bangboo.

This product supports direct Monochrome and Inter-Knot Membership top-ups for the Global version of Zenless Zone Zero. Only a valid game UID and the correct server are required. Your account password is not needed.

2. What It Can Be Used For

Monochrome

•Monochrome is a premium currency in Zenless Zone Zero.

•Monochrome can be converted into Polychrome according to the current in-game rules.

•Polychrome can be used to obtain Encrypted Master Tapes, Master Tapes, Ether Batteries, and other supported in-game items.

•Encrypted Master Tapes and Master Tapes can be used for Signal Searches.

•Monochrome may also be used to purchase eligible bundles, outfits, and other paid content.

•Available packages may include 60, 300 + 30, 980 + 110, 1,980 + 260, 3,280 + 600, and 6,480 + 1,600 Monochrome.

•Some packages may include a first-purchase double bonus or a standard bonus. The amount received depends on the selected SKU, the character’s first-purchase bonus status, and the current in-game rules.

Inter-Knot Membership

Each Inter-Knot Membership purchase immediately grants 300 Monochrome and extends the Membership duration by 30 days.

While the Membership is active, you can log in each day to claim 90 Polychrome. The daily reward resets at 04:00 server time.

Important Rules:

1.You can purchase another Inter-Knot Membership when the remaining duration is less than 179 days.

2.Additional purchases are generally unavailable when the remaining duration reaches or exceeds 179 days.

3.You must log in during the active Membership period to claim the daily 90 Polychrome.

4.Polychrome missed because you did not log in will not be reissued or carried over to the next day.

5.Check the remaining Membership duration before purchasing.

3. Check Before Top-Up

Before completing payment, confirm that:

1.You have selected the correct product type: Monochrome or Inter-Knot Membership.

2.The selected SKU and purchase quantity match your requirements.

3.The entered UID belongs to the game character that should receive the top-up.

4.The selected server exactly matches the character’s actual server.

5.The character belongs to the Global version of Zenless Zone Zero and not the Mainland China server.

6.The required server is currently available on the purchase page.

7.You have checked the first-purchase double-bonus status for the selected Monochrome package in the game.

8.The remaining Inter-Knot Membership duration is less than 179 days before purchasing another Membership.

4. Delivery & Missing Top-Up

After payment is confirmed, the product will be delivered directly to the game character associated with the entered UID and server.

Most orders are completed quickly. However, delays involving the system, network, account status, or supplier may require additional processing time.

If the product has not arrived:

1.Check whether the order status is shown as “Completed.”

2.Log out of Zenless Zone Zero and log in again to refresh your balance and Membership status.

3.Confirm that the character UID and server match the information submitted with the order.

4.If you purchased Monochrome, check your Monochrome balance.

5.If you purchased Inter-Knot Membership, check the remaining Membership duration and Monochrome balance.

6.If the product is still missing, contact UUTOP Support and provide your order number, UID, server, purchased SKU, and relevant in-game screenshots.

Do not purchase the same SKU again while the original order is still being processed.

5. Important Notes

•This is a direct top-up product using a UID and server. No redemption code will be provided.

•Monochrome and Inter-Knot Membership are different products and cannot be exchanged after purchase.

•“300 + 30 Monochrome” generally means 300 base Monochrome plus a standard bonus of 30 Monochrome.

•The first-purchase double bonus is generally calculated separately for each character and Monochrome package. It does not apply to every purchase.

•If the selected package is still eligible for the first-purchase double bonus, the amount received may differ from the standard bonus amount.

•First-purchase bonus eligibility may be reset during official events or version updates. Check the latest information shown in the in-game store before paying.

•The daily 90 Polychrome from Inter-Knot Membership must be claimed by logging in during the active Membership period.

•Missed daily Polychrome will not be reissued, and the Membership duration will not be extended.

A direct Zenless Zone Zero top-up only requires a valid game UID and the correct server.
