1. About the Product

Wuthering Waves is an open-world action role-playing game developed by KURO GAMES. Players take on the role of the Rover, explore the world of Solaris, meet different Resonators, and build teams using Weapons, Echoes, and the Resonance system.

This product supports direct top-up of Lunites and Lunite Subscription for the Global version of Wuthering Waves. You only need to provide the correct game UID and select the corresponding server. Your game account password is not required.

2. What It Can Be Used For

Lunites

• Lunites are the paid currency in Wuthering Waves.
• Lunites can be exchanged for Astrites according to the current game rules.
• Astrites can be used to obtain Radiant Tides, Forging Tides, and Lustrous Tides.
• Radiant Tides are used for Featured Resonator Convene events.
• Forging Tides are used for Featured Weapon Convene events.
• Lustrous Tides are used for Permanent Convene events.
• Astrites can also be used to replenish Waveplates and purchase other supported in-game content.
• Lunites can be used to purchase eligible bundles, outfits, and other paid content.
• Available Lunite packages include 60, 300 + 30, 980 + 110, 1,980 + 260, 3,280 + 600, and 6,480 + 1,600 Lunites.
• The amount credited is determined by the selected SKU and the first top-up bonus status of the corresponding package on the game account.

Lunite Subscription

Each successful Lunite Subscription purchase immediately grants 300 Lunites and adds 30 days to the subscription period.

While the Lunite Subscription is active, log in to the game each day to claim 90 Astrites. The daily reward resets at 04:00 server time.

Important Rules:

1. If the remaining Lunite Subscription period is less than 179 days, you can purchase another subscription and add 30 days.
2. If the remaining Lunite Subscription period is 179 days or more, you cannot purchase another subscription.
3. Each successful Lunite Subscription purchase immediately grants 300 Lunites.
4. Additional purchases only extend the subscription period. The daily reward does not stack.
5. You must log in during the active subscription period to claim the daily 90 Astrites.
6. Astrites missed because you did not log in will not be reissued or carried over to the next day.
7. The subscription period will not pause or be extended because you did not log in.
8. Check the remaining Lunite Subscription period before purchasing.

3. Check Before Top-Up

Before making payment, confirm that:

1. The selected product type is correct: Lunites or Lunite Subscription.
2. The selected SKU and quantity meet your requirements.
3. The entered UID belongs to the game account that should receive the top-up.
4. The selected server exactly matches the server linked to the game account.
5. The account belongs to the Global version of Wuthering Waves and is not a Mainland China server account.
6. The required server is available on the UUTOP purchase page.
7. You have checked the first top-up double bonus status of the selected Lunite package inside the game.
8. The remaining Lunite Subscription period is less than 179 days before purchasing another subscription.
9. When topping up for a friend, you have confirmed the UID, server, and required SKU with the account owner.

The UID, server, product type, and SKU cannot be changed after the order is submitted.

4. Delivery and Missing Top-Up

After payment is confirmed, the product will be delivered directly to the Wuthering Waves account corresponding to the submitted UID and server.

Order processing time is affected by system conditions, network conditions, game maintenance, account status, and supplier processing progress.

If the product has not been credited:

1. Check whether the UUTOP order status shows “Completed.”
2. Fully close Wuthering Waves and log in again.
3. Confirm that the UID and server of the current game account match the information submitted with the order.
4. If you purchased Lunites, check your Lunite balance.
5. If you purchased a Lunite Subscription, check your Lunite balance, subscription status, and remaining subscription period.
6. If the product is still not credited, contact UUTOP Support and provide your order number, UID, server, character nickname, purchased SKU, and relevant in-game screenshots.

Do not purchase the same SKU again while the original order is still being processed. Doing so may result in a duplicate top-up.

5. Important Notes

• This is a direct top-up product delivered through UID and server. No redemption code will be provided.
• Lunites and Lunite Subscription are different products and cannot be converted into each other after purchase.
• “300 + 30 Lunites” means 300 base Lunites plus 30 regular bonus Lunites.
• The first top-up double bonus is calculated separately for each Lunite package on each game account.
• The first top-up double bonus does not apply to every purchase.
• If the selected package still displays the first top-up double bonus, the credited amount will follow the first top-up rules displayed inside the game.
• If the first top-up double bonus for the selected package has already been used, the base amount and regular bonus stated in the SKU will be credited.
• First top-up eligibility is determined by the Wuthering Waves game system. UUTOP cannot add, restore, or modify first top-up eligibility.
• Whether and when the first top-up double bonus resets is determined by the Wuthering Waves official team.
• Lunites can be exchanged for Astrites. Astrites cannot be converted back into Lunites.
• The 300 Lunites included with the Lunite Subscription are credited immediately after a successful purchase.
• The daily 90 Astrites must be claimed by logging in while the Lunite Subscription is active.
• Purchasing additional Lunite Subscriptions does not increase the number of Astrites received each day.
• Astrites missed because you did not log in will not be reissued.
• An incorrect UID, server, or SKU will cause the product to be delivered to the wrong account, wrong server, or as the wrong product.
• After the product has been successfully credited, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, transferred to another account, exchanged for another SKU, or refunded.
• Product contents, bonus amounts, purchase limits, and Lunite Subscription rules are subject to the information displayed on the UUTOP purchase page and inside the game.

6. Security Reminder

A direct Wuthering Waves top-up only requires the correct game UID and server.

UUTOP will not ask for your KURO GAMES account password, email password, SMS verification code, email verification code, or OTP.

Do not disclose your account password or verification code to anyone. If anyone asks for your login information under the pretext of assisting with a top-up, stop the process immediately and contact UUTOP Support.

Q: Is this a redemption code or a direct top-up?
A: This is a direct UID top-up product. Lunites or Lunite Subscription will be delivered directly to the Wuthering Waves account corresponding to the submitted UID and server. No redemption code will be provided.
