Which codes should you redeem first?

Use this order if you are short on time:

1. Redeem MySnezhnayaCareer before its confirmed deadline.
2. Claim YOAL3V36XHS7 and DUGODWKRHAKDNJ because they are the newest additions.
3. Try BALLETCOLLAB and 2BJ64QRZ7RT8, which do not have published expiration dates.
4. Use GENSHINGIFT if you have never claimed it on your account.
5. Codes without a listed deadline should not be treated as permanent. HoYoverse may disable promotional codes without announcing an expiration date in advance.

How to Redeem Genshin Impact Codes

You need to reach Adventure Rank 10 before redeeming most Genshin Impact codes. You can then use the official website or the in-game menu. Both methods send the rewards to your in-game mailbox.

Redeem codes on the official website

1. Open the official Genshin Impact code redemption page.
2. Sign in with the HoYoverse account connected to your game character.
3. Select the server on which you play.
4. Confirm that the displayed character nickname is correct.
5. Paste one code into the Redemption Code field.
6. Select Redeem.
7. Launch Genshin Impact and collect the reward from your in-game mailbox.
8. Checking the character nickname before submitting is important. If the wrong character appears, change the selected server or sign in with the correct HoYoverse account.

Redeem codes in the game

1. Launch Genshin Impact.
2. Open the Paimon Menu.
3. Select Settings.
4. Open the Account tab.
5. Select Redeem Code or Redeem Now.
6. Enter the code and confirm the exchange.
7. Open the in-game mailbox and claim the reward.
8. The menu wording may differ slightly by platform, but the usual route is.

Why Is My Genshin Redeem Code Not Working?

An unsuccessful redemption does not always mean that you entered the code incorrectly. Check the message displayed by the game, then review the following causes.

The code has expired

Expiration is the most common problem, especially with Genshin livestream codes. The three Version 7.0 livestream codes have already expired even though older articles or social posts may continue displaying them.

Codes without an announced deadline can also be disabled without warning. If a code has expired, it cannot be reactivated.

You already redeemed the code

Most Genshin redeem codes can only be claimed once per account. Entering the same code again will not issue another copy of the rewards.

Your Adventure Rank is too low

Website redemption is connected to the selected server and its associated character. Confirm that the correct nickname appears before submitting the code.

For example, a character created on the Europe server will not appear when the Asia server is selected. Redeeming a code for the wrong server may send the reward to a different character associated with your account.

The code was copied incorrectly

Remove any spaces before or after the code. Check similar-looking characters such as:

• The number 0 and the letter O
• The number 1 and the uppercase letter I
• The number 5 and the letter S
• The number 8 and the letter B
• Use the code exactly as shown in the table. If a pasted code fails, delete the entire entry and paste it again instead of changing individual characters.

The code is restricted to another region

Some promotional codes are released for specific regional campaigns. A code that works on one server may not be available on another.

If other players can redeem a code but your account cannot, check the original HoYoverse announcement for server or regional restrictions.

Redemption succeeded, but the reward is missing

Successful redemption does not add the items directly to your inventory. The rewards are normally delivered through the in-game mailbox.

If the message has not appeared:

1. Confirm that you redeemed the code for the correct character.
2. Change areas or restart the game.
3. Reopen the mailbox and refresh the message list.
4. Check whether the reward mail has already been claimed.
5. Collect redemption mail promptly because reward messages do not remain in the mailbox forever.
