Cadenza is the main rotation alternative, while Static Mist works when Lily can obtain enough Energy Regen from Echoes.For Echoes, use Flower of Tinged Yearning in Unison teams and Rejuvenating Glow in general or Echo Skill compositions.

Lily’s Role and Playstyle

Current pre-release information describes Lily as an off-field sustain character who combines healing with ATK, damage and Echo Skill support.

Her rotation revolves around preparing buffs before leaving the field:

• Basic Attacks and Resonance Skill generate Dream Perfume.
• Woven Phantasm leads into Phantasm’s End, which reportedly grants Sillage.
• Resonance Liberation activates Slumberland and Cradle Lullaby.
• Lily’s Outro consumes Sillage and applies Silvered Dream.
• Teammate Intro Skills generate Dream Aroma stacks that increase team ATK.

Once her setup is complete, Lily should remain off-field while the other two Resonators perform their main sequence. Bringing Lily back early reportedly removes Cradle Lullaby and its Dream Aroma stacks.

Lullaby

Lullaby is Lily’s reported signature five-star Pistols and her best overall weapon under the current pre-release kit.

It provides Energy Regen and HP while interacting with Lily’s healing. Its reported effect restores Concerto Energy after Resonance Liberation and can provide different buffs for Unison and Echo Skill teams.

Choose Lullaby when Lily will be used across several team types or when Echo stats cannot provide enough Energy Regen.

Cadenza

Cadenza is the most relevant four-star alternative for a rotation-focused Lily.

Its Concerto Energy effect helps Lily activate her Outro sooner and reduces the time she needs to remain active. Choose it when Lily already has sufficient Energy Regen but needs faster Concerto generation.

Static Mist

Static Mist offers higher base stats, CRIT Rate and an Outro-related ATK effect. However, it provides much less Energy Regen than Lullaby.

Use Static Mist if it is already available and Lily can still cast Resonance Liberation every rotation. Additional Energy Regen Echoes may be required.

Relativistic Jet

Relativistic Jet is an energy-focused alternative for accounts without Lullaby or Cadenza. It becomes useful when Lily frequently enters her rotation without enough Energy to activate Resonance Liberation.

Best Echo Sets for Lily

Flower of Tinged Yearning for Unison Teams

The reported Flower of Tinged Yearning set combines healing support with an additional benefit for Unison interactions.

Its five-piece effect grants team ATK after healing. Resonators who gain Unison or trigger Unison Response can receive another ATK increase.

Formrender is the current recommended main Echo. A second Energy Regen main stat is only necessary if Lily cannot maintain her Liberation cycle.

Rejuvenating Glow for General Support

Rejuvenating Glow is the safer choice outside Unison teams. Its five-piece effect grants team ATK after the equipped Resonator heals an ally, without requiring Unison Response.

Choose Healing Bonus when stronger sustain is required. Use HP% if Lily’s released kit retains several HP-scaling effects and her existing healing is already sufficient.

Energy Regen matters because Lily’s main support window depends on Resonance Liberation. HP improves her reported healing and HP-based effects, while CRIT stats primarily affect personal damage.

Does Lily Need 260% Energy Regen?

The frequently mentioned 260% Energy Regen target is not mandatory for every Lily build.

This number is connected to a reported conversion from Energy Regen into personal CRIT stats. Lily’s core healing and support effects can function below it.

Use her rotation as the practical test:

• Add Energy Regen if Liberation is unavailable when Lily enters the field.
• Stop once Liberation is consistently ready.
• Invest remaining stats into HP%.
• Expect Static Mist builds to require more Energy Regen than Lullaby builds.

Lily Skill Priority

The current recommended priority is:

1. Unlock both Inherent Skills.
2. Upgrade Forte Circuit and Resonance Liberation.

4. Upgrade Basic Attack and Resonance Skill afterward.

Forte Circuit controls Lily’s enhanced Heavy Attack sequence, while Resonance Liberation enables her off-field healing and team setup. This order should be checked again when her final skill values become available.

Best Lily Rotation

The current pre-release Lily rotation is:

1. Use Basic Attacks and Resonance Skill to generate Dream Perfume.
2. Select and channel Woven Phantasm.
3. Complete Phantasm’s End to gain Sillage.
4. Cast Resonance Liberation to activate Slumberland and Cradle Lullaby.
5. Switch with sufficient Concerto Energy to trigger Lily’s Outro.
6. The Outro consumes Sillage and applies Silvered Dream.
7. Trigger teammate Intro Skills to build Dream Aroma.
8. Complete the main damage sequence before returning to Lily.

Avoid bringing Lily back early. Her return reportedly removes Cradle Lullaby and the accumulated Dream Aroma stacks, ending the team’s support window.

Lily Resonance Chain Value

Lily’s reported S0 kit already includes her core healing, ATK support and Outro amplification. One copy should therefore be enough for standard support use.

S1 improves Dream Aroma stacking and is most useful when a team cannot fit several Intro Skills into one support window.

S2 reportedly grants 2% CRIT Rate and 6% CRIT DMG per Dream Aroma stack. At four stacks, this reaches 8% CRIT Rate and 24% CRIT DMG under the current pre-release data. These values must be checked again after release.

Lily vs Shorekeeper

Lily is more specialized than Shorekeeper.Choose Lily when:

• The team frequently activates Unison./The main carry relies on Echo Skill damage./The rotation can build Dream Aroma through repeated Intro Skills./Lily can remain off-field throughout the main damage window.

Choose Shorekeeper when:

• The team needs broadly applicable CRIT support./The lineup cannot activate Lily’s specialized effects./One flexible sustain character must support several unrelated teams./Replacing an already-built Shorekeeper would provide only a small improvement.

Lily should not be treated as a universal replacement. Her main value comes from strengthening Unison and Echo Skill teams that can consistently activate her full support package.
