UUTOP is an online digital goods and services platform that facilitates, among other things, the sale and purchase of games, related merchandise, and other products including but not limited to game cards, gift cards, and game Top Up services between publishers, merchants, buyers, and customers.

These Terms of Use govern your rights and obligations as a user of the Platform operated and managed by ASTARNAVIS LIMITED, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively referred to as “UUTOP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Unless otherwise stated, all new services, products, features, or platforms introduced by UUTOP shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.

By registering an account with UUTOP, accessing the Platform, purchasing products, or using any services provided by UUTOP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use, together with any additional terms, policies, or conditions displayed on relevant product pages.

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms of Use and specific product terms, the product page terms shall prevail.

Your continued use of the Platform constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and UUTOP.

UUTOP Credits means stored electronic credits or balance used for purchases on the Platform.

Services means all products, platform functions, customer support, digital goods sales, Top Up services, and related services offered by UUTOP.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, UUTOP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal and lawful purposes.

3. User Representations and Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of Legal Age, or have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  
• All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
  
• You will keep your account credentials secure.
  
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your Account.
  

You agree not to:

• Engage in fraud, illegal activity, or abusive behavior

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or damage the Platform
  
• Upload malware, viruses, spam, or harmful code

4. Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to register an Account.

UUTOP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate Accounts containing false information, suspicious activity, or violations of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials.

5. Use of Services

You are responsible for your own internet access, devices, and any third-party charges related to use of the Platform.

You acknowledge that:

• Transactions may rely on third-party networks or payment systems

6. Goods and Digital Products

All digital goods, codes, Top Up services, credits, or virtual items are provided subject to the terms of the relevant publisher or product provider.

Unless required by law or expressly permitted by UUTOP:

• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered
  
• Virtual items have no cash value
  
• Items may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged outside the Platform
  

7. Service Availability

UUTOP may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the Platform or Services at any time.

Certain features may be released as beta or trial versions and may not function as final versions.

We may request identity verification where necessary for fraud prevention, compliance, security, or dispute resolution.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UUTOP makes no warranties regarding:

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, trademarks, branding, software, graphics, text, and designs are owned by UUTOP or relevant rights holders.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

10. Account Security

You must immediately notify UUTOP if you believe your Account has been hacked, compromised, or used without authorization.

Until such notice is received, you may remain responsible for activity under your Account.

UUTOP may disclose information where required to:

UUTOP may suspend or terminate Accounts or Services at any time where:

• Required verification is not completed
  
• Legal or regulatory obligations require action
  

Unused credits or balances may be handled in accordance with applicable law and internal policy.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
