The NIKKE 4th Anniversary Pilgrim Recruitment allows you to select Cinderella, Grave or Nayuta as your rate-up target. You can change the selected Pilgrim at any time during the event.
The banner has a 4% overall SSR rate, while the selected Pilgrim has a 1% recruitment rate. The two unselected characters remain available at the standard Pilgrim rate.
You can recruit with:
Ordinary Recruit Vouchers cannot be used.
The anniversary also provides one free Pilgrim Selective Recruitment attempt each day. Free attempts do not award Gold Mileage Tickets, but eligible pulls made with Gems or recruitment vouchers do.
You can exchange 200 Gold Mileage Tickets for the currently selected Pilgrim. Unused Gold Mileage remains after the banner ends, so there is no need to spend it simply because the event is closing. NIKKE does not use a conventional increasing pity rate; Gold Mileage is the guaranteed acquisition route.
The best choice depends on what your account is missing. Do not select a character only because they rank highly in general content.

Cinderella is an Electric Burst III Defender who uses a Rocket Launcher. Despite her Defender classification, she functions as a powerful single-target damage dealer.
She is most valuable in Solo Raid, Union Raid, Anomaly Interception and Electric-weak boss encounters. Her Glass Slippers and Beauty stacks strengthen her personal damage, while her Burst delivers multiple sequential hits.
Her main weakness is target distribution. In Campaign stages filled with smaller enemies, her Burst hits can spread across multiple targets instead of focusing on the elite enemy. This makes her less consistent than dedicated screen-clearing characters in some high-deficit stages.
Choose Cinderella if you need another strong bossing DPS or regularly compete in Raid content. One copy is sufficient for most accounts. Duplicates are mainly worth considering for competitive players who want additional stats and higher Raid scores.

Grave is a Fire Burst II Supporter who uses an Assault Rifle. She provides Pierce Damage and Attack Damage buffs while helping the team generate Burst more quickly.
She works particularly well with Pierce attackers such as Alice, Red Hood, Asuka, Snow White and Maxwell. If these characters form the core of your Raid teams, Grave can improve both their damage and rotation speed.
Her limitation is survivability. Grave does not provide healing, shields or damage reduction, so another team member may need to cover defensive support.
Choose Grave if you already use several developed Pierce attackers. If your account lacks a strong Pierce DPS, Nayuta or Cinderella will usually provide more immediate value. Grave’s main buffs work effectively at one copy, so additional copies have relatively low priority.

Nayuta is a Wind Burst II Supporter who uses an SMG. She provides team ATK buffs, Core Damage support, shared healing and personal damage.
Unlike Grave, Nayuta does not require a specialized Pierce team to be useful. She can fill the Burst II and healing positions at the same time, leaving more room for additional attackers or buffers.
She performs especially well in longer fights and Wind-weak content. Players without Crown may find her particularly valuable, although she can also be considered when a team needs healing that its current Burst II support cannot provide.
Choose Nayuta if your account lacks a flexible Burst II buffer or reliable healing. One copy provides her essential functions; duplicates offer smaller improvements through additional stats and ATK scaling.
The NIKKE Pilgrim selector overlaps with new anniversary banners for Marian: Queen and Scarlet: Goddeath, so spending priority should depend on role coverage.

Players missing a strong boss DPS may gain more from Cinderella, while accounts lacking a reliable Burst II support can prioritize Nayuta. Grave becomes more attractive when Scarlet: Goddeath, Red Hood, Alice or another Pierce attacker is already part of the account’s plans.
If you mainly want new anniversary characters, use the free daily attempts and Selective Recruitment Vouchers on the Pilgrim banner before spending large amounts of Gems.
The free daily attempt is always worth using. Spending additional resources makes sense when the selected character fills a clear roster gap or when you already have enough Gold Mileage for a guaranteed exchange.
Consider spending Gems or vouchers if:
If you already own all three characters, duplicates are generally lower priority than a missing anniversary unit. Cinderella benefits most from additional stats, while Grave and Nayuta provide most of their practical value at one copy.
Avoid these mistakes before spending:
A single recruitment costs 300 Gems, while ten recruitments cost 3,000 Gems. Each eligible recruitment gives one Gold Mileage Ticket.
If you start with zero Gold Mileage and rely entirely on Gem pulls, reaching 200 Tickets would require:
200 pulls × 300 Gems = 60,000 Gems
This is the maximum Gem-only budget. Existing Gold Mileage, Advanced Recruit Vouchers and Selective Recruitment Vouchers reduce the number of Gem pulls required. Free daily attempts do not reduce the Gold Mileage requirement because they do not award Tickets.
Use this calculation:
Remaining pulls = 200 − current Gold Mileage − eligible vouchers
Remaining Gem cost = remaining pulls × 300
For example, if you have 150 Gold Mileage and 20 eligible vouchers, you need another 30 pulls, equal to 9,000 Gems, to reach the 200-Ticket exchange.
Do not spend automatically just because you can reach 200 Tickets. Gold Mileage carries over, so saving it for Marian: Queen, Scarlet: Goddeath or a future character may be more valuable.
If you decide to purchase additional Gems, UUTOP uses NIKKE ID-and-server direct top-up. Confirm the numeric Player ID, server, product and final order amount before payment; your NIKKE password or verification code is not required.

Yes. You can switch between Cinderella, Grave and Nayuta at any time while the banner is active. Check the selected target before every major pull session or Mileage exchange.
No. Free daily attempts do not award Gold Mileage Tickets. Eligible pulls made with Gems or supported vouchers do.
Cinderella is the strongest choice for boss damage, Nayuta offers the broadest support utility, and Grave is best for established Pierce teams. Your roster needs matter more than a universal ranking.
