WuWa 3.7 Hsin Character Guide: Ascension, Forte and Weapon Materials

Hsin is an upcoming five-star Electro Rectifier Resonator in Wuthering Waves Version 3.7. Players preparing to build her will need Autopuppet Kernels, Solidarity’s Loneflame, Bloom of Hearkening, String-series materials, Remnant of the Wheel, and Shell Credits.

Most Hsin materials can be collected before Version 3.7. However, Bloom of Hearkening and Remnant of the Wheel are expected to become available with the new version.

The quantities and unreleased material details below come from pre-release data and may change when Version 3.7 goes live.

Where to Farm Hsin Ascension Materials

Autopuppet Kernels

Autopuppet Kernels drop from Autopuppet Tacet Discords in Mengzhou. Use the enemy-detection function in the Guidebook to locate available targets.

Lower-tier Kernels can be synthesized into higher-tier versions. Farming the available enemies regularly is more efficient than waiting until Hsin releases and attempting to collect the entire amount at once.

Solidarity’s Loneflame

Solidarity’s Loneflame is obtained from the Myriad Snare: Rustfire Chassis challenge in Western Fang Peaks.

Hsin needs 46 copies for full Ascension. Because claiming boss rewards consumes Waveplates, this material should be one of the first targets in a pre-farming plan.

Bloom of Hearkening

Bloom of Hearkening is expected to be Hsin’s local specialty. Beta data lists 60 copies for full Ascension.

This material is not currently available to collect and is expected to unlock with Version 3.7. Its final location and respawn route should be confirmed after the new area becomes accessible.

Hsin Forte Materials

Hsin’s Forte tree includes her Basic Attack, Resonance Skill, Resonance Liberation, Forte Circuit, and passive nodes.

Fully upgrading every Forte node is expensive. Players with limited Waveplates can collect the general materials first and decide which abilities to prioritize after Hsin’s final live kit is available.

Where to Farm Hsin Forte Materials

String Materials

Spliced String, Broken String, Solidified String, and Melodic String can be obtained from the Forgery Challenge: Lesson in Sunset in Etching Plains.

Run the highest difficulty currently available to improve the quality of the rewards. Lower-tier Strings can also be synthesized into higher-tier versions.

Remnant of the Wheel

Remnant of the Wheel is expected to be Hsin’s weekly boss material. A full Forte tree requires 26 copies according to the current beta data.

This material is expected to unlock with Version 3.7. Since weekly boss reward claims are limited, it will likely become the main time restriction when completing Hsin’s Forte tree.

Avoid spending weekly reward claims based on an unconfirmed farming location. Wait until Version 3.7 identifies the correct challenge in the Guidebook.

Additional Autopuppet Kernels

Hsin’s Forte tree requires more Autopuppet Kernels than her Ascension. The complete character build uses a combined total of:

Blooming Jadehaven uses the same String material series as Hsin’s Forte tree. If you plan to build both the character and weapon, farm the combined total instead of treating them as separate projects:

Recommended Hsin Pre-Farm Order

Use the following order to manage Waveplates and avoid farming unnecessary weapon materials:

1. Collect Shell Credits. Prepare 2,200,000 for Hsin alone or 2,530,000 when including Blooming Jadehaven.
2. Farm 46 Solidarity’s Loneflame. This is Hsin’s largest pre-farmable Ascension requirement.
3. Collect Autopuppet Kernels. Use the combined character totals rather than the smaller Ascension-only amounts.
4. Farm String materials. Prepare the Forte totals first, then add the weapon requirements if you plan to obtain Blooming Jadehaven.
5. Collect Exoswarm Cores only for the signature weapon.
6. Save Resonator and weapon EXP materials.
7. Farm Bloom of Hearkening after Version 3.7 releases.
8. Use weekly claims on Remnant of the Wheel after its correct source is confirmed.
