How to Top Up Zenless Zone Zero: Official and UID Recharge Methods

You can top up Zenless Zone Zero through the in-game Monochrome Market, the official HoYoverse Top-Up Center, or a UID recharge service such as UUTOP.

This guide explains each ZZZ top-up method, how Monochrome and the Inter-Knot Membership work, and what to check before completing an order.

To top up via UUTOP using your UID, simply provide the correct Zenless Zone Zero UID and server information—no HoYoverse password, login verification code, or any other type of verification code is required.

What Can You Buy in Zenless Zone Zero ?

The main ZZZ recharge products are Monochrome packs and the Inter-Knot Membership.

Monochrome

Monochrome is the paid premium currency in Zenless Zone Zero. One Monochrome can be converted into one Polychrome.

Polychrome can then be exchanged for:

• Encrypted Master Tapes for limited Agent and W-Engine Signal Searches
• Master Tapes for the Stable Channel
• Boopons for Bangboo Signal Searches
• Battery Charge replenishment

One Encrypted Master Tape or Master Tape normally costs 160 Polychrome. A standard 10-pull therefore requires 1,600 Polychrome.The conversion only works in one direction. Once Monochrome has been converted into Polychrome, it cannot be changed back.

Keep part of your Monochrome unconverted if you plan to buy an outfit, bundle or another item that specifically requires paid currency.

Inter-Knot Membership

The Inter-Knot Membership is a 30-day product intended for players who log in regularly.

Each purchase provides:

• 300 Monochrome immediately ，90 Polychrome per day for 30 days
• 2,700 Polychrome from daily login rewards
• Up to 3,000 total currency when the initial Monochrome is converted

Daily Polychrome must be collected by logging into the game. Rewards from missed days are not reissued, and the membership period is not extended.Another membership can add 30 days to the remaining duration. However, it cannot normally be purchased when the active duration exceeds 179 days.

Monochrome or Inter-Knot Membership: Which Should You Buy?

Choose a Monochrome pack if:

• A limited Agent or W-Engine Signal Search is ending soon\You need the full currency amount immediately\You want to buy an outfit or paid bundle\You cannot log in every day\You want to control how much Monochrome is converted

Choose the Inter-Knot Membership if:

• You log in almost every day\You are saving for a future Signal Search\You do not need all the Polychrome immediately\You can collect rewards throughout the 30-day period

The Inter-Knot Membership is better suited to long-term saving. A Monochrome pack is more practical when you need to cover an immediate Polychrome shortage.

Method 1: Use the Official HoYoverse Top-Up Center

The Zenless Zone Zero HoYoverse Top-Up Center is the official browser-based purchase channel. It currently separates products into categories such as Inter-Knot Membership, Pack Store and Monochrome Store.

To top up through the official website:

Open the Zenless Zone Zero HoYoverse Top-Up Center.\Sign in with the HoYoverse account linked to your character.\Select the correct game server.\Confirm the displayed character name and UID.\Choose a Monochrome pack, Inter-Knot Membership or another available product.\Select one of the payment methods displayed for your region.\Review the account, product and final price.\Complete the payment.\Return to ZZZ and check the Monochrome balance or purchased product.

Always confirm the displayed character before paying. The same HoYoverse account can contain separate characters and progress on different servers.

Method 2: Top Up Through the In-Game Store

If you are already logged in to receive the account,Follow these steps:

How to Top Up Zenless Zone Zero on UUTOP

1. Open the UUTOP Zenless Zone Zero top-up page.
2. Select a Monochrome package or the Inter-Knot Membership.
3. Enter the complete UID of the receiving character.
4. Select the server used by that character.
5. Check the package, quantity, UID and server.
6. Choose an available payment method.

7. Review the final order amount.

9. Reopen Zenless Zone Zero and check the delivered product.

How to Find Your ZZZ UID and Server

Your UID identifies the character that should receive the top-up.

To find it:

1. Open Zenless Zone Zero.Check the selected server on the login screen.Enter the game.
2. Open the main menu in the upper-left corner.
3. Visit your in-game profile.
4. Copy the complete numerical UID.

Your character name, email address, HoYoverse Account ID and ZZZ UID are different identifiers. A UID recharge requires the numerical game UID rather than your nickname or email.

The UID and server must belong to the same character. If you have progress on multiple servers, confirm which server contains the character you intend to recharge.

How the First Top-Up Bonus Works

Each qualifying Monochrome package has its own first-purchase bonus. When the bonus is active, the first purchase of that package grants additional Monochrome equal to its base amount.

The standard qualifying tiers are:

Eligibility is calculated separately for each package. Purchasing the 300 Monochrome tier does not automatically use the first-purchase bonus for the other tiers.

Check the receiving account’s Monochrome Market before paying. Only treat the bonus as available when it is displayed for that character and package.

What to Do If the Top-Up Does Not Arrive

If the product does not appear after payment:

1. Close and reopen Zenless Zone Zero.
2. Confirm that you are using the correct account and server.
3. Check the Monochrome balance rather than only the Polychrome balance.
4. For an Inter-Knot Membership, check its remaining duration and initial Monochrome.
5. Review the UID and server submitted with the order.
6. Check whether the payment or order is still processing.
7. Contact the relevant platform’s customer support.

For a UUTOP order, provide UUTOP Support with the order number, UID, server and payment record. Do not place the same order again while the original transaction remains in progress.
