Players who have both the Blessing of the Welkin Moon and the paid Battle Pass activated can expect up to 124 pulls on the limited-time banner.

The daily commission total assumes that Version 7.1 lasts 42 days and that all commissions are completed. Missing a day removes 60 Primogems from the calculation.
The Paimon's Bargains total assumes two monthly shop resets during the version. Players will also need enough Masterless Stardust to purchase the available Fates.
Endgame income depends on how many rewards an account can claim. If you cannot fully clear Spiral Abyss, Imaginarium Theater, or Stygian Onslaught, your personal pull count will be lower.

The main anniversary package is worth 20 limited wishes: 10 from converting 1,600 Primogems and another 10 from the Intertwined Fates. The Anniversary Memories Album provides an additional 150 Primogems and is included separately in the updated Version 7.1 total.
HoYoverse confirmed these anniversary rewards during the Version 7.1 Special Program and through the official event calendar. They are no longer based on an unconfirmed anniversary estimate.
The Special Program codes had a short redemption period. Players who did not redeem them before they expired should subtract 300 Primogems from their personal total.
Blessing of the Welkin Moon adds 90 Primogems each day it is claimed. Across an assumed 42-day version, that contributes another 3,780 Primogems, or roughly 23 additional wishes.
