Zibai's best team is Zibai, Linnea, Columbina, and Illuga.
A complete Zibai team needs persistent Hydro application, another Geo character for Geo Resonance, and another Moonsign character for Ascendant Gleam.
Every Zibai team needs the following components:
Zibai converts Hydro Crystallize into Lunar-Crystallize. Hydro is therefore mandatory for her intended reaction team.
Pyro, Cryo, and Electro do not replace the required Hydro aura.
Electro and Hydro coexist in selected lineups, but the Electro character occupies a slot normally used by a Geo or Hydro specialist.

Triple Geo teams maximize Zibai's DEF passive and Illuga's Geo-focused support.
Double Geo and Double Hydro teams trade one Geo support for additional Hydro application, Hydro damage, or healing.

Linnea covers Geo support and healing. Columbina covers Hydro application and Lunar support. Illuga covers Moonsign and Geo buffs.

Linnea supplies the sustain that early Zibai teams lacked.
Columbina applies Hydro from off-field and strengthens Lunar reactions.
Her Burst gives Lunar Reaction DMG Bonus. Her Skill contributes off-field damage and keeps the reaction engine active throughout Zibai's stance.
Illuga provides Elemental Mastery and CRIT support for Geo hits.
Zibai enters the field after all three supports finish their setup.
She remains active until every Spirit Steed's Stride charge has been consumed.

When Zibai's Burst is unavailable, replace N1QE with N4E.

Gorou's Burst has a 20-second cooldown, so cast it every other 18.5-second rotation.
During the cycle without Gorou's Burst, use his Skill and replace Zibai's N1Q with a complete N4.

Omit Gorou's Burst during the next rotation.
When Zibai's Burst is unavailable, use N4E four times after her opening Skill.
